Shipping Rates US orders: Free for U.S. orders

Canada orders: USD $25 Flat Rate

Shipping and Warranties We are unable to ship to PO, APO, and/or FPO boxes.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at info@goldendu.de as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Custom Leather Piece A shipping label will be e-mailed to you within 24hrs of placing an order; please use this label to send your leather* item to our studio.
